WATCH: Why SA will battle to provide free tertiary education

The World Bank says the cost of tertiary education and training will more than double to over R172bn by 2022, which is far beyond the capacity of the SA economy.  

This subject is also addressed by Wits University vice-chancellor Adam Habib in his latest book, Rebels & Rage.
