- Providing a workplace that is comfortable and encourages collaboration can help companies retain staff, which saves money on recruitment;
- As more companies introduce four-day weeks, hybrid working and other perks, those that are not keeping up may battle to attract high-quality employees;
- Help workers to guard their mental health by keeping meetings short, encouraging them to take leave and focusing on results rather than input time;
- Workers who feel valued are more engaged, and engaged workers are happier and more productive; and
- Companies need to ensure that workers have access to quieter personal spaces and areas that encourage collaboration and creativity.
